So what value do I add?

Knowledge and Information Systems Management primarily views organizations through the lens of knowledge and information flows and the associated technologies that mediate such flows. Retention of organizational knowledge is key to the success of a modern organization.

An MBA student would view organisations primarily through the lens of finance; whereas I am focused on effective development, use and management of knowledge and information systems in businesses and other organisations. Knowledge is not merely one of the resources of an organisation, it is the basis for organisations' capability to use their resources productively.

Uncodified knowledge - the most valuable type of knowledge - is found in the minds of your employees and is context-based, and experience-based. Therefore people are key to the success of your organization

This is where my academic focus lies. I have a degree in Psychology, Sociology and Information Systems Management. This gives me a unique advantage in the fields of Management, Business Analysis and UX. I love working with people and helping teams to effectively manage their projects.

Analytics vs Creativity

I am both an analytical and a creative person.

Im not superwoman though

My favorite saying is "you can do anything but not everything". I try to live by that. I believe I can achieve anything, but I often have to remind myself that good things take time and skill is acquired with experience.

Management 90%
Research 65%
Copywriting 80%
Design Expertise 60%
Illustration 65%
Web and Dev 70%

What drives me

I suffer from depression and strive to be as active in my local community as possible to help others who might be going through a difficult time. My aim is to inspire and motivate those that need it the most; be it through art, text or photography.
